You might be surprised to hear that 1/10 women are diagnosed with endometriosis, but Dr. Jenn believes that it is much higher than that because it takes most women 10 years to get a diagnosis. If your symptoms are making you wonder if you have endometriosis, and especially if your symptoms have been brushed off in the past, you need to get a second opinion and see an endo specialist and not just any OBGYN!
