Q: What makes this program different from any of the programs I can buy online?

A: The coaching and live training/support! Through the virtual meetups, live sessions, education topics, and relevant discussion you will get to know other moms, and navigate the pre/postnatal stages with greater confidence. You can trust the content to be reliable, accurate, and safe. Covid makes it hard to really connect with other moms going through the same thing and this is the solution! Anyone can buy a program, and while many are good, if you aren’t doing the exercises well and modifying appropriately to fit your needs it may cause more harm than good.

Q: I’m (pick one) very newly pregnant, ready to deliver, just had a baby this past week, or my youngest baby is already crawling... should I do this?

Q: I’m (pick one) very newly pregnant, ready to deliver, just had a baby this past week, or my youngest baby is already crawling... should I do this?

A: Yes, no doubt. If you just found out you are pregnant, now is the perfect time to fill your toolbox with everything you need to feel your best throughout and learn how you will rebuild postpartum. If you just delivered, you can start watching the videos to understand the postpartum journey better, join the weekly Moms Meetup, and start with the Yoga before you know it. If it’s been awhile since you delivered, remember ‘once postpartum always postpartum!’ If you haven’t gotten around to starting exercise and never learned how to restore optimal core function postpartum, you may need it just as much as someone who recently delivered, even if your baby is a bit older!

Q: What can I expect to achieve from this program?

Q: What can I expect to achieve from this program?

A: So many things!

Improved mental health - all moms should have a supportive community that covers a full spectrum of needs, and gives them something to look forward to each week. Pregnancy and postpartum can be lonely and isolating, and Covid has only made it worse.

Improved physical health - many new moms do not have the chance to properly address back pain, muscle aches and tension, pelvic floor issues, etc until they are really a problem. While many of these issues are common, they are not normal, and can absolutely be addressed with the proper preparation, guidance, and strength rebuilding plan.

Confidence - my goal is always to educate clients so they can navigate the confusion of safe pre/postnatal exercise, and be able to get back to - or try out- anything they want on their own and find success. If the goal is to run long distance, crush a Bootcamp class, or just keep up with kids, clients will have the knowledge and foundation to make the right choices going forward and advocate for their own needs in any exercise setting.

Q: Why would I want to do only one personal training session per month?

Q: Why would I want to do only one personal training session per month?

A: Some moms have not exercised in a long time, or have very specific needs when it comes to form, injury prevention, pain management, etc. Doing a personal check in once per month makes sure form and alignment are on point, that necessary modifications are tailored towards specific needs, and you are getting the most out of the group training sessions. Private coaching is always more tailored than group coaching, and the ability to reuse the recording of the session ensures will help you get the most out of it.
